Other Services :
In addition to the above activities, we also
provide the following services to the companies.
a) Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP)
1. Collection and Reconciliation of applications and funds received
2. Shareholding Pattern and other reports for listing of new shares
3. Uploading of allotted shares to be demat accounts of the investors with
NSDL/CDSL and obtaining confirmation from Depositories
4. Working in close co-ordination with Lead Managers and the Bankers etc.,
to complete all the formalities within the specified time limits as per the
relevant Statutes
b) Open Offers / Merger /
Sub-division :
Aarthi undertakes various activities to meet
the specific requirements of the clients, at the
time of Open Offers / Mergers / Sub-division etc.,
involving high volume of applications / requests within a
specified time limit, by which the related activity (such as
verification of documents, capture of information, processing
and printing of instruments) is to be completed.
c) AGM/EGM Poll Services :
Aarthi also offers its technical / manual
services for the smooth conduction of the meetings of the share
holders such as AGM / EGM and Poll / Postal Ballot related
