Aarthi Consultants was incorporated as a "Private Limited Company" with Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, in 1992 with the main objective of providing services in the Capital Market. And In the same year, we got registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India(SEBI) to act as Category I Registrars to Issue and Share Transfer Agents.

The Company has over 10,000 square feet of state of the art facility at Domalguda, Hyderabad, with adequate resources like 24 X 7 NSDL / CDSL connectivity, fully trained and experienced personnel with a in-house developed Software. The Company has also additional 7,000 square feet of space dedicated for storage of records.
